the chemically modified electrode has become a very active field in the aspects of electrochemical and electroanalytical chemistry, and has been paid much attention by the analysts. Orderly, organized and complete film can be obtained on the surface of electrode using self-assembly technique. Furthermore, using this technique, anticipate physical or chemical properties of electrode can be obtained through designing the molecular structure and the state of the modifying material, or through controlling the micro-structure of electrode interface on the molecular lever. Due to the advantages offered by the self-assembly technique to the electrode, it has been used widely in the fields of electrochemistry and electro-analytical chemistry. Recently, by combining with the self-assembly technique, a serious of new electrogenerated chemiluminescence analytical method was proposed, the analytical property and the application field were also broaden. In this paper, ultilizing the assemble technique to modified the surface of the graphite electrode, we investigated the properties of the electrogenerated chemiluminescence of the luminol at the surface of self-assembly modified electrode.In the first chapter of this thesis, the developing history, basic principle, the new-progress and the advantages of self-assembly technique are reviewed.
