The mesoporous metal oxides have attracted considerable attention of researchers because of their potential applications in the fields of photoelectric, catalysis, sensors etc. Nowadays the mesoporous metal oxides are prepared mainly through template methods, which are difficult to realize industrial production because of the complex procedure, long-term synthesis period, high cost and low control of product quality. These restrict their wide application in industrial field.In this paper, we synthesized a kind of tin oxides precursor with mesostructure using a ternary-reagents system firstly through solvothermal reaction, and have explored the influences of all kinds of synthesis factors, including the amount and proportion of reagents, temperature, reaction time etc, on the synthesis results of the tin oxides precursor. Through calcine procedure of the tin oxides precursor with mesostructure, we obtained eventually the mesoporous SnO2 with crystal and spongy framework morphology. The calcined sample was characterized by XRD, FTIR, TEM, and Nitrogen adsorption–desorption measurement.In this work, the ternary-reagents system of solvothermal strategy to synthesis of metal oxides with mesopores was extended to the synthesis of Al2O3. Nanoporous gamma aluminum oxide (γ-Al2O3) and delta aluminum oxide (δ-Al2O3) with lath-like pores was synthesized by solvothermal method in a ternary-reagents system of AlCl3·6H2O, urea, alcohol and AlCl3·6H2O, formamide, alcohol, respectively, after a calcined procedure. XRD, FTIR, TEM, Nitrogen adsorption–desorption measurement and EDXS were used to characterize the samples.The ternary-reagents system of solvothermal strategy to synthesis of metal oxides with mesopores or nano-pore structure have not used the surfactant, and have a short period, easy procedure and low cost, so it is a potential route to industry production of metal oxides nano-materials with mesopores or nano-pore structure.
