Nowdays the situation of the shortage in fodder in our country was increasing, especially is the problem of poverty in protein fodder. But as china is a big country of slaugthering hog, the huge hog haemproteins resource was wasted because of it's low palatability, gizzard and the low-grade potency nutrition. In order to exploit the hog haemproteins resource thoroughly,to mass production high-quailty fodder,it was studied in this topic that separated the strain which has the high-quaitly degradation on hog haemproteins from the natural condition, appraisement of it, studid on the condition of toco-protease of the strain. Establish the foundation of ferment swine blood to polypeptide. Main results were reported as follows:First, we cultivate the germ that separated from the soil of individual slaughter house in countryside, by utilizing plate streaking we gained monoxenies preliminary screening on the medium with swine blood as only nitrogen source,then bolting them on the medium with casein. Utilizing the strain that we gained to ferment swine blood, finally we got the A32 strain with high ability of ferment swine blood. tilizing A32 to ferment swine blood, the protein of power from swine blood decreased 28.7%, the nitrogen of free amino acids increased 4.20 times and dissolving protein increased 60%.After we ditermined the A32 is the strain that we want, we adopting the physiology and biochemistry combine with the 16s rDNA method, finally appraisement the A32 strain is Bacillus subtilis.Finally, the condition of toco-protease was studied on various factors and orthogonal experiments. The optimum fermentation medium containing 2% soybean powder, 3% cornmeal, 0.4mmol/L Mn2+,Na2HPO4 · 12H2O 0.4%, KH2PO4 0.03%, Na2CO3 0.01%, pH 7.2.The results showed that 48h, 190r/min, 3% inoculum size, 30℃ were benefit for protease producing.
