Many disaster conditions such as gas, fire hazard, flooding, mine pressure, coal dust and so on exist in Huating Coal Mine, its fully mechanized working face has a series of hazards inducing gas explosion,coal seam spontaneous combustion, flooding, strong mine pressure and coal dust explosion accidents.Currently, there is no scientific and effective identification and evaluation by the numbers, for this purpose,studying in this paper has important practical significance for the prevention and control of the major accidents in the fully mechanized working face of Huating Coal Mine.In this paper, combine the relevant theory of hazards in coal mine, based on systems engineering,probability theory and mathematical statistics, through the investigation and research on the safety status and the existing problems of the fully mechanized working face in Huating Coal Mine, the problems were studied by adopting the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods. Determine the basis of the hazards identification and identify the hazards of fully mechanized working face. Analyze the influence factors of hazards from human- equipment- environment- management factors, discuss the cause mechanism of the hazards and the influence factors of coal mine accidents. According to the hazards and its influencing factors of the fully mechanized working face in Huating Coal Mine, build a index system of hazard evaluation with using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weights of evaluation indexes,do a comprehensive evaluation for the hazards by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and then the evaluation results were analyzed.The research mainly solves the accident-prone and practical problem of the fully mechanized working face in Huating Coal and in Huating Coal Mine, establish and perfect the hazard identification and evaluation method and system, effectively reduce the accident rate and improve the level of safety in production with the hazard identification, evaluation, prevention and control.
