Emerging quietly and becoming the era theme in China, green consumption inevitably brings amount of problems need to be resolved. The numerous non-standard certification organizations of the green consumption flood in China require the rectification and reorganization. ISO 14020 serial International Environmental Labelling Standard (IELS), generally used internationally, was soon introduced into China in the background of green consumption.
