The development of latest photoelectric technology improves the production technology innovation of glass in recent year. New technology and new making method appear. And the innovation of production technology is the key to raise glass quality quantity and adapt to new kind of glass production Platinum and continuous melting technology has been improved for years, and it has become one of the main production methods of optical glass. Based on this method technology, it develops into the ceramic platinum continuous melting technology, with electric smelting direct forming methods and so on, optical glass production comes to a new stage. Glass is a quick developing subject, but there is still many basic theories to be deeply explored, meanwhile, this subject need continuous research and develop on special glass and develop more advanced production technology, in order to adapt to the scientific development of 21st century ,This article is mainly discuss alkali free E glass the smelting forming technology of window pane ,in ceramic platinum continuous melting production line of optical glass .Because its composite do not include alkali metal ,but include rich silicon and aluminum, so it has high-melting point high-viscosity; high-resistance and so on .It is difficulty to traditional smelting method of optical glass. The research and development of this new kind of glass is a challenge and also an innovation, it is very important for our company to develop new products based on current production line.By producing this glass, the productivity can achieve 600 kg per day, melting ratio of qualification is 84.8% the coast is 39.5 Yuan per kilogram .use the single-crucible to produce the glass, the cost is 56.3 Yuan per kilogram and the coast will decrease 29.3%and the skill standard as follows. Specification390×165×24±2 ,Bullbe A grade ,Fringe 1C ,Optical Absorb Coefficient 3 class ,the others physics and chemical properties are due to the need of customers.
