| This paper combine with the mechanism of interaction between laser and material, the basic principle of laser drilling is demonstrated systematically. The heat-source model of the laser drilling and the boundary condition of the laser drilling etc. are introduced. The components of the 3D worktable of laser drilling machine have been described in detail. The other components of the laser drilling machine have also been introduced.In addition, the temperature field produced in the process of laser drilling was analyzed numerically by the finite element method and finite difference method, and the temperature field is simulated by finite element analysis software-ANSYS. The depth of the hole and the time feature of the aperture of the hole as well as the curve varied with the laser energy are obtained, which are matched with the experiment conducted on the stainless steel and provide reliable foundation for the selection of parameters of laser drilling and facilitate the engineering application. Finally , on the basis of experiment, the craft technology of laser drilling are analyzed and developed. The influences of parameters (pulse energy, pulse width, pulse frequency etc.) of laser drilling on laser processing quality are given out and the optimum technological parameters are determined. |
