Combined the mechanism that laser interacts with matter, this paper demonstrates the basic principle of laser processing, and focuses on the interaction between laser and matter, and analyzes the function that a few effects (plasmas effect, micro-holes effect and etc. ) have in the laser processing. The heat-source model of the laser drilling and the boundary condition of the laser drilling etc.The temperature field produced in the process of laser drilling was analyzed numerically by the finite element method and finite difference method, and the temperature field is simulated by finite element analysis software-ANSYS. Through the experiment which adopted new type laser pulse, the parameter which influences the quality of the micro-hole is obtained, and put forward the best proposition of the drilling.
