The laser based on heat action, which method has aroused countries scholar.This article utilized fiber to transmit an acoustic-optical Q-swithched YAG pulse laser to bronze-bonded diamond grinding wheel processing micro-machining ablation and truing and dressing's experiment research. Utilizing the closed loop of the control system to control the pulse laser's output. Though the frequency of the pulse and grinding wheels'rev to achieve the pulse separate, utilizing optimized parameter of the laser to progress systemically bronze-bonded diamond grinding wheel truing and dressing experiment, and gained preferably truing and dressing results.Employing mechanical truing and dressing and laser truing and dressing bronze-bonded diamond grinding wheel to make a high speed or super-high speed grinding capable compare experiment, though measure grinding force and workpiece's surface roughness during the process of the grind, to test the grinding capability after grinding wheel truing and dressing. To compare the different group of laser parameter of truing and dressing bronze-bonded diamond grinding wheel's grinding capability we found that, When the frequency of pulse is stable, the grinding force along with the average of laser power's increase to become bigger; when the average of laser power stay the same, the grinding force accompany with the frequency of pulse's increase become smaller.
