Water is the valuable natural resources for mankind's survival and development. At present, china faces a more serious problem of water pollution. The main features of the water pollution is organic pollution and nutrient over-enrichment of water bodies. For a long time, the city sewage treatment take removes the organic matter and the suspension as a goal. The majority of nitrogen and phosphorus still existed in the processing water disperses into the water body to cause the pollution. Therefore, the purpose of nitrogen and phosphorus'removal is to control nutrient over-enrichment,which has become a major objective of national water pollution controlling. Studies highly effective and economical sewage removal craft and method to dephosphorize and denitrify also becomes attention hot spot to various countries sewage treatment domain.Based on the latest research findings on aerobic granular sludge in both domestic and abroad, in the SBAR reactor gradually decreases the sludge settling time to create the choice pressure to raise aerobic particles sludge, studies vaccinates the sludge and different Fe2+ in the SBAR system have any effect on the raise of aerobic granular sludge. After successfully cultivating aerobic granular sludge, studies the nitrogen removal characteristic of aerobic granular sludge.The experimental results show that gradually reducing sludge settlement time can increase sludge critical subsidence speed. Take ordinary active sludge and anaerobic particles sludge as vaccinated sludge can form aerobic granular sludge of excellence subsidence performance. Aerobic particles sludge outward appearance is orange yellow , particle diameter concentrate in 0.5-1.0mm. Sludge volume index SVI is 20-27.0ml/g,MLSS is 6000-7000mg/L. The particle sludge has good hydraulic strength, higher volume load and good subsidence performance,and also have very well removal capacity in the sanitary sewage nitrogen as well as COD.In order to maintains the certain water power to cut in the raise process, the experiment carries on in the SBAR system.Research was conducted under the movement condition of room temperature,pH value is 7~8, aerobic responded 240min, anaerobic responded 90min. Through compare different particles sludge that take different vaccination as a mud to found that mixed traditional activated sludge and anaerobic sludge particles in the sludge as vaccination to training aerobic particles sludge,which can shortest maturity time for 31 days.
