The birth of green technologies was caused by the most serious environmental crisis which mankind is facing in the history of mankind, continuing improvement of the life of human beings has brought many life and industrial waste at the same time, caused the badly degeneration of the survival environment. The serious reality forces us to seek the sustainable development. The traditional chemistry industry was thought the serious pollution field and the contamination have become a limited factor of the sustainable development of the chemistry industry. The key to solve the issue is to research green chemistry and technologies and put them into reality. Mankind can meet the goal with two methods, one is to use clean production technologies, originally limit or decrease the pollution resource, the other is to make good use of the biomass which mass exist in the nature. Now there comes a tide of green chemistry and the industry caused by the green chemistry in the world.The subject comes from the project funded by the education bureau of the Sichuan Province, which named"the separation and purification of the collagen"(No.2004A095). The point is to use biological protein enzyme to degradate biomass into high additional price products through the research of the animal tissue of the biomass resource, research the relationship between the structure and function of the product, so as to make it become a functional collagen product with special usage with the technology of the separation and purification of the protein.
