Green chemistry education there will directly improve the green consciousness of the middle and primary school teachers. As for the famous tourist city like Lijiang, establishment of the environment-preservation consciousness will directly influence the image of Lijiang as a world natural, historical and cultural heritage. As a result, the green chemistry education in Lijiang Teacher's College will be of great significant.The thesis by introducing the emergence and implication of green chemistry, discussing the trends and development of this field in China and in the world, points out the importance and emergence of green chemistry education on the basis of the facts of Lijiang, explores the ways of study and practice of green chemistry education in the teaching of chemistry.
