Rencently, aluminium and aluminium alloy are extensive applied especially, department of industry and agriculture, aviation,spaceflight,national defence industry, even everyday in life. Output of aluminium is frist in nonferrous metal, inferior to output of steel and ferrumiron. Rencently, production practice has proved that quality of Sheets of aluminium foils is very important factor to excellent production of aluminium foils.The experimental intention is that through investigation and analysis comprehensive system on the microstructure of different 1235 sheets produced hot roll and casting roll for aluminium foils which have same plank thickness and different rolling condition from five different producing area. To indicate difference microstructure metallographs of 1235 Sheets produced hot roll and casting roll for aluminium foils and reason of result in rolling performance difference .From theory to analyse that inherence reason rolling performance of sheets of cast-rolling aluminium foils inferior to sheets of hot roll aluminium foils , to analyse inherence reason rolling performance of sheets of cast-rolling aluminium foils and hot roll aluminium foils produced in China inferior to sheets of roll aluminium foils made in overseas. So as to introduce effective scientific method to make rolling performance of sheets of cast-rolling aluminium foils is superior to sheets of hot roll aluminium foils, to raise and improve rolling performance of sheets of cast-rolling aluminium foils is superior to sheets of roll aluminium foils produced in China. to raise rate of finished products and service performance of aluminium foils. to reduce technological process, energy conservation, labour productivity.Investigation on the microstructure of different 1235 sheets produced hot roll and casting roll for aluminium foils in comparison from five different producing area, by means of optical microscope, scanning electronic microscope, transmission electron microscope, x-ray diffraction instrument, energy spectrometer analysis, optical spectrum analysis. and analysis rolling performance from five different producing area in difference.
