Sulfide is a kind of non-hydrocarbon in light oil, which has produced greatest effect in oil refining, and it is one of the primary reasons that remain sulfur in fuel oil polluted air in cities. In order to reduce let of motor tail gas SOx, it is a question which is regarded universally by every government in the world and the oil refining enterprises, to produce and use friendly-environment and low sulfur diesel.Industrialized hydrodesulfurization technique due to its harsh reaction condition, huge equipment investment and operation expenses, causes heavy presure to a lot of small refinery. Therefore, non-hydrodesulfurization technique of diesel oil can develop rapidly, Oxidative desulfurization technique of diesel oil has drawn much attention due to its special feature that ether and thiophene of oil are oxidized through selective oxidation, in addition, its mild reaction condition, low production cost and little environmental pollution at home and abroad in recent years. But the oxidant is H2O2 with high price in more desulfurization technique with the shortcomings. i.e, uneasily recoverable oxidant, discharged waste water of sulphur and worse economy.Zinc organic acid with dissolving in the diesel oil at certain temperature and separating from diesel oil reduce at liwer temperture is prepared using of low-priced raw materials and selected in the paper. Complex catalyst FTS-1 is prepared through mixing zinc organic acid with boron compound directly Catalytic property of different catalysts was carried on experiment study at the same time; The new process is proposed that it has many advantage .i.e, improving quality of oxidated diesel oil, high efficiency, restraining react deeply. Diesel oil is desulfurited through slowly oxidating polarity strong sulphone or inferior sulphone sulphide using of pure oxygen as oxidant instead of H2O2 in mild operation condition, then extracting and absorption with clay. The kind of of catalyst , promotor and extracant as well as the operation condition of oxidation desulfurization i.e, the amount and recovered way of catalyst, promotor, oxidant and extractant, temperature and time of oxidation and phase separation, are carried on optimmum in this paper. Under the best condition of operating, desulphurization rate of refined diesel oil and yield are determined strictly. The result showed that sulphur content of refined diesel oil desreased from 2217μg/g to 290μg/g with desulfurization rate of 86.9% and diesel oil yield of 95.2%, is up to clear fuel international standard.
