A kind of wet metallurgical processing has been introduced in this paper.This processing is about a kind of cleaning residue whose constitute is similar to copper sulfide ore.It includes 5 steps ,that is leaching ,cleaning,substitution,crystallization and drying. Merits of it are as following:Manganese dioxide is used as oxygenant in leaching processing at acid condition which is under control for Bi enrichment in residue which will become feed of Bi abstraction flow.Mn powder is applicated in copper 2-stage substitution flow.This method can not only save Mn but also increase manganese sulfate's purity.Cleaning producing is implemented because no fume has been produced in hydrometallurgy flow.Manganese dioxide and cleaning residue being used in neutralization method for Fe and heavy metal removal can decrease sulfuric acid consumption.Manganese dioxide is cheap because it is rich in natural resources.So the method is better than L-SX-EW and fire metallurgy.In leaching experiment ,i explored amount of sulfuric acid and manganese dioxide,time,temperature,l/s and stir speed's influence to Cu Mn and Bi leaching ratio ,and used normal experiments to study time,temperature,l/s' effect(main factors) to leaching result.I getted optimal leaching condition and the most important element by range analysis.Linear equation of regression relate to this 3 main factors have also been gained.I have done the research about how consumption and...
