| The theory and study development on environmental programming are analysed. Content and technical route on the environmental programming of county-order have been discussed. Environmental protection layout(entironment, air, water, noise) on Yubei Distinct has been finished.The basic principle and technique are reviewed. Technical measures of environmental protection layout weaving, which are suitable to county, have been put forward. The viscera and weaving program of county environmental protection programming have been obtained.In the light of the relational principle and method the environmental trend and pollution load are forecasted. The entironment protection plan, water environmental protection plan, air environmental protection plan and noise environmental protection plan have been formed. The suggestion on electromagnetism radiation, hazardous waste governing, hazardous chemicals monitoring, environment supervising is advanced. Environmental benefit on the actualizing of the plan is analysed. |
