There were abundant and intensive rainfall.great population and widely distributed,more hillside cultivated in southwestern low mountains.which resulted in widespread soil erosion. Based on this, the ecological recovery and reconstruction were studied under the condition of soil-erosion stress and eco-environment sensitivity estimation.Restoration Ecology was ranked as one of three hotpots in biological field as well as biological diversity and global climate change in recent years, which is one fresh branch of Modern Ecology.The causes of degraded ecosystem, techniques and methods of degradation in ecosystem restoration and reconstruction, process and mechanism of ecology whose objectives are the destroyed ecosystems under the stress of natural catastrophes and human activities were primarily researched in the paper. With the combination of obtained research achievement and extension effect of the soil and water conservation of ecological construction, sufficient exertion ability of ecological restoration, widely and rapidly vegetation rehabilitation and ecosystem improvement which are the most effective approach to resolve the great problems on the slow steps of the prevention and cure of soil and water loss in China radically, which go with the current of the times.On the based of the eco-environment sensitivity estimation, remote sensing image was selected as the primary data, combining with geography data and review data on the spot, the ecological restoration and reconstruction were discussed with soil-erosion stress about Bishan district in Chongqing city which were obtained through soil erosion investigation and monitor. The research findings as follows:(1) The investigation and monitor on soil erosion were developed by using "3s",including geography information system ,emote sensing and global position system,which focused on soil erosion in BiShan.By the way of collecting and inputting data,managing remote sensing image,establishing database.and so on,and then, analyzing the result,finally the rules of soil erosion temporal and spatial variation were obtained.In another words ,under the different mulching condition and the same other condition, the soil erosion degree ,from easy to difficult in turn ,is hillside cultivated,sparse and young foresty,fruit holt,spinney holt, grassplot,town,holt,paddy field,water area.Since the effect of terrain and geomorphology,coverage rate of vegetation ,human activity,etc.,there were regional disparity among the soil and water loss of Bishan district eg.Yunping town was most serious and Liutang is most light;From remote sensing image from 1995 to 2000, soil erosion degree was falling ,the rate of 1995 is 44.34% that of 2000 is 44%, and the total decrement is 0.34%.(2) The study on eco-environment sensitivity estimation:By analyzing soil erosion of Bishan...
