This study is on the background of water quality of Long Tan lake of Tai Yuan city.Aiming at eutrophication problem and applying system analysis method on the base of gathering datas and long-time water quality monitoring,we can hold temporal and spatial variation of water quality,assess the value loss created by pollution,establish the model of eutrophication overall merit and GM(1,1) model for water quality forcast to quantificationally reflect existing condition and variable tendency of water quality.Further studies on controllable factor of eutrophication and critical environmental capacity of total phosphorus and total nitrogen which is quantitative.
