Research On MJ Complex Regent's Preparation And Application

Complex reagent is an important direction of reagent which is used in coal recently. The important parts of MJ complex regent are neutral oil, aliphatic hydrocarbon, and surface active agent. The making of MJ complex reagent is to make coal oil as raw material and distill coal oil at 320℃, then deal with the remainder, at last, adding some surface active agent.This paper makes mugua coking coal, wangtao fat coal and pangta 1/3 coking coal as research object of MJ complex reagent. Through size analysis, timed-release test and floatation rate test, we master granularity distributing of three coal swatch, academic selection guideline, the changing relation of coal's ash and coal's yield along with time. Through researching, we find that mugua coking coal, wanttao fat coal can get higher yield easily, but pangta 1/3 coking coal's small size have higher ash.Through analyzing floatation results of three coal in same pulp density, we find that ash and yield are increased along with the increase of reagent...
