In this text, We studied the determination technology and the separation , purification of high purity soybean phosphatidylcholine .The method of assessing soybean lecithin products' characteristics was obtained in the research ,including Water amount, oil amount, the extraction ratio of soybean oil , the extraction ratio of soybean phosphatidylcholine . A simple rapid and accurate quantitative method was established for the determination of lecithin in this research., The results showed good reappearance and stability. The average recovery was 100.4 %,RSD%=0.62 %.It could be concluded that this method is of convenience,accuracy to operating and good reappearance .The technique of purifying phosphatidylcholine from soybean lecithin with supercritical carbon dioxide(SC-CO2) was investigated in this article too. SC-CO2 is very effective in removing oils from a variety of seed matrices,devoid of any appreciable of phospholipids content(PL).Since neat CO2 will not effectively dissolve PL moieties,the choice of a suitable co-solvent to enhance their solubility must be made.The objective should be achievable considering that the solubility data for PL show that PL is easy to dissolve.Since SC-CO2 extraction allows different kinds of products to be obtained by changing the operating parameters(pressure, temperature and time),the influence of these processing parameters on the extraction was studied.The objectives of this research were:(1) A few main facters that affected the extracting rate ,such as added underpop, CO2 flow rate, category and concentration of co-solvent, were determined by the experiments of singlefactor. (2)Emphasis was putting on conditions for extraction,choosing suitable method and making sure the parameters by changing the pressure , the temperature and the time of SC-CO2 or SC-CO2/ethanol mixture.The result showed that the best technology are that CO2 flow rate is 40 Kg/h,...
