The industrial production system (HV452) for PET staple fibers with an annual production of 15,000 tons in YIZHEN Chemical Fiber Co. Ltd. was imported from Toyobo Co. Ltd. After the system underwent technical modifications, the daily production capacity of any line in this system has increased greatly, and there has been a large change in the number of the spinneret holes and the layout of the spinneret. However, the cooling conditions for different loads, types, and spinnerets still employ the technical parameters for cotton type initially provided by Toyobo Co. Ltd.. As several spinning lines with large capacity are put into production at home and abroad, the orientation of production line HV452 should be the diversification in product specification, the large production scale and the flexibility in the production equipment and process. 5K has been rebuilded into hollow fibre. Research on optimization of operating cycle of quench of staple and hollow fiber can improve the quality of the product, and reduce the production cost.With the exploitation of differential fiber several years, two step filtration make use of filter bags with non-woven fabrics is hard to satisfy technological process demand. Excessive dust content of air supply result in short operating cycle of quench,defects demotion of products and so on.research indicate filter bags with import super fine fiberglass is more super than filter bags with non-woven fabrics in filtration efficiency, resistance diversification and operating cycle. Filter bags with super fine fiberglass is employed in the second step filtration in air conditioner in order to improve quality of air supply and satisfy technological process demand.The veriety frequency of the quench increase obviously when the continent of particles in the air supply .We can get the relationship of particles in the supplying air with the operation cycle, and duide to make the regular fitting working standard.It is feasible for us to use content of 1.0μm particles as the standard and content of 2.0μm or 5.0μm particles as the consulting value.The request with quality consistency and the unitormity in non-woven fabrics in quench is more than others.
