In modern society, the demand of costume is increasing,protection environment and health are more considered, the health care apparel is popularly recognized ,the far-infrared textile just accord with this new conception. The far-infrared textile is kind of the health care apparel.It can absorb heat and emission far-infrared radial to promote blood cycle of our body. Polyeseter fiber has excellent property using in clothing, decorationand industry. It become the most quantity of the synthetic fiber. Three-dimensional crisp hollow staple has so many advantage and become an important filling material. it can keep textile warm, loose and springiness. In recent years, the output of synthetic fiber increased very fast and polyeaster fiber grows year by year. Producing special and functional fiber is becoming the orientation of the competition among companies. Far-infrared hollow fiber has great promising. Using mixing spinning method and asymmetry cooling method can produce three dimensional crisp far-infrared hollow staple. In this paper, the function and production of far-infrared textile were introduced. The local and international market and development of far-infrared were also narrated. The far-infrared textile can improve our living condition and has health care effect. Nowadays, there have several method to produce it. such as after-treating, mixing spinning and complex spinning. There have been many far-infrared textile in social market and made profit. The far-infrared hollow fiber we studied can used in pillow, toy carpet sofaand mattess.it has long-term health care effect. It will bring social benefit and economic profit through studying this topic. First, the main factor influenced the structure and property during the process were discussed. Through optimizing parameter and promoting techniques, high quality far-infrared hollow fiber was produced. Several kind of far-infrared masterchips and the different addition effect the spinning condition and production emissivity were studied. The effection of the pre-crystal and dry condition, precision of the filter, spinning temperature, spinning speed on the spinning property were discussed. The selection of the original press of the spin pack will affect the using period. The relationship between the spinning speed, draw process and the quality of the product, hollow rate were also researched. The result show, the dry condition, especially the masterchips dry condition must be good. The filter precision is adaptable, not too thick and fine. Otherwise, it will affect the fiber's function and using-term of the filter will be shorted. Considering both using-term of the filter and the emissivity of the production, the Filter precise is selected 40μm. The original press of the is about 4.2MPa, it will prolong the using period. To realize stable spinning, the temperature of the screw must be falled in case of the degraded, The spinning temperature will below 10℃than the common PET spinning process.The second work is that the structure and property of the fiber were elaborately analyzed. Many physical properties were researched, such as the heat performance, crystal and orientation property. The effect on structure including cooling condition, draw method, heat relaxation condition was also discussed. The result show, the far-infrared polyester is more easier to crystallize than PET. Crystal and orientation occurred on the exit of the DF-2. Crystal and orientation of the fiber, production quality are quiet different according to the drawing method and drawing temperature. The crisp and bulk property in steam drawing is well because of the release of the potential crisp. In this article, with the research and experiment, the far-infrared crisp hollow fiber were produced successfully. Grate exploration were made for the development and science progress of our company. It made contribution that realizes high technology and high value to our yizheng chemical fiber enterprises.
