Ephedrine is the tactic curatorial substance in the world,but now most of the ephedrine factories have been faced with suffering a loss to close, stop, unite, change. So we investigate the factory in Neimenggu and Liaoning province to make sure the reason of high cost :one ,the ratio of ephedrine is 1% in the Chinese ephedra, and the former technology only extract 42% of the ephedrine;the other is that the former technology is established in 1958 and the resourse such as water, coal, electricity, natural gas are abundant,so they did not think over the issue of energy sources whose cost increase in value now ,so the cost of ephedrine is higher than before.Then we make sure the optimal reformational direction— We changed the extraction technologys by colloid mills,which can drive costs down of ephedrine, conserve resources , avoid of environmental pollution .The new technology is the revolution in ephedrine industry which use for reference in other pharmacy industry.The paper introduce the micron technology for the first time in extract technology. Through optimum choice on different extraction methods by orthogonal experimental design and homogeneous experimental design, we got the optimum extraction technology; improved the extraction reagent with dimethylbenzene. We set up controllable standard criterion of quality of ephedrine oxalic acid by the identification of microscopy, TLC, HPLC and primarily discussed the attritioning technology to apply for the extraction of Chinese medicine. After production business accounting :the former cost is 430 thousand per ton,while the new cost is only 140 thousand per ton with which the factory can obtain the pure profit 300 thousand .If the factory can produce 300 ton ephedrine every year , it can gain the profit 90 millon which make it become the first leader in the field.The innovation of this paper :One: introducing micron technology to extract ephedrine.The first application for the new technology can reduce the investment size , decrease the cost ,protect the resourse ,control the pollution which is the new era in ephedrine.The other: using the distribution like "toy bricks" ,so the part of extract section can remove with the vehicle to the grassland.Such factory can make great use of the. Chinese ephedra resourse which is the invent for the first time in medication industry. The new technology is convenient for management,producing time is short which make the optimal efficiency...
