| The acetochlor is belonged of one series of acyl ailines'herbicide and has primarily herbicidal properties.In this paper,the study of preparation for acetochlor and its intermidates is emphatically discussed.First of all, intermidates of azomethine, t-acylailine and acetochlor are synthesized and their compounds'structure is characterized.In this paper,Several methods are elaborated for the synthesis, coherent method is emphatically discussed and coherent method .begined with alkylailine ,proceeding from azomethine -. t-acylailine to acetochlor, obtaining better ways to stnthesize them at last..According to these results,With coherent methods,By-product happening during preparing acetochlor was inquired into,especially, the cause and the mechanism that colloid happened during producing acetochlor with coherent methods was discussed, obtaining better process to prevent colloid from happening.. This has given a strating point for industrial applying. |
