The problem of municipal refuse has become one environmental problem badly in need of solution as the municipal developing. The landfill leachate is the inevitable product of refuse landfill and it's treatment has become a topic badly in need of solution, too. Heavy metal pollution is pay more attention to the world recently because it's accumulative, lagging, dormant, and it can transfer to people directly or by the food chain, and dangerous to the health of people when it has a certain content in body. Pollution and treatment of heavy metal in the municipal refuse has become one hotspot, and pay more attention to the world.In view of these reasons, adopting the method of step on and check in an all-round way and typical investigation, the research investigated the pollution of refuse about the main city landfill site (including Fuzhou, Xiamen, Quanzhou, Zhangzhou, Longyan, Sanming and Nanping) of Fujian province. The research analysed the current status and pollution treatment research review from municipal refuse output, waste physical component, hazards, heavy metal pollution. On the basis of overall understand of current treatment situation about main municipal refuse landfill site of Fujian province. By the simulated test, utilizing 7 kinds of physical adsorbents (zeolite, incineration ashes, slag, plant ash, charcoal, ochre, active carbon), 4 kinds of chemical flocculant (FeSO4, AlCl3, FeCl3, Al2(SO4)3), and 3 kinds of hyclrophytes, we carried through the pollution removing study of heavy metal in landfill leachate and discussed removing effect of different physical adsorbents, chemical flocculant and hyclrophytes. Choosing the repairing technique both effective and inexpensive. The main results of research are as follows:1.The turnout of municipal refuse of different cities showed a trend of increase obviously in Fujian province. Municipal refuse output was obviously relevant to urban population and economic development level .The growth rate of the output of different city was probably 10-20%, Fuzhou and Xiamen increased faster. The treatment methods of municipal refuse was single, taking landfill of rubbish as the main method. Most of the refuse was not classified and dealt with, the treatment of electronic garbage and heavy mental pollution was not pay more attention. Fuzhou, Xiamen, Sanming...
