With soial economic development, cities are getting larger and larger and refuse in cities is increasing quickly. As a result, the urban refuse is also in creasing rapidly. Refuse is made up of complicated ingredients, such as Organic and inorganic substances and salt with some harmful heavy metals. In the process of handling the refuse has polluled the earth surface and underground the river system due to aversion's fermenting, rain, surface running, immersing and vertical permeating. With People's living levol rising the refuse contains much more organic ingredinents than ever before. The poisonousness of PoLlation has been doubled. The leachate has been changed greatly in nature with more complicated and interfered ingredients. On terms of quality and quantity analysis, this paper throws much light on the pollution nature and intensity of all sorts of refuse leachate by means of model experiments indoors and on-the-spot surveys. It gives a detailed analyse of some laws by which all kinds of refuse leachate can be tranlered and transformed interchangably. On the basis of the analysis's above, the paper provides as with some meinsures on how to control the out put of leachate and some countmeasures to leachate, controlling by handling seperately or in a comprehensxive way. A compartive analysis is also given on programmes and skills for handling leachate. In the end, the paper proposes some advice on how to bring pollutin of refuse under control according to water quality in HuangShi and analyses and determines some skills to handle leachate comprehensively in way of technology and economic profits in order to make the leachate's sent out rationally.
