The methyl tertiary-butyl ether (MTBE ) is a kind of gasoline additive, have been used since the beginning of the eighties of the 20th century, still widely used in many countries now. With deepening that study, MTBE pollute and cause attention of people day by day already to whom environment cause to danger that health cause. Past research concentrate on more MTBE pollution in water body and repair, and migration in the body transform behavior study less likely in plant to it, test in order to cultivated in a pot for the research object in outdoor rice originally, carry with static behavior air looks chromatogram analytic approach is it determine water , soil, stem leaf, root and MTBE , seed of one of cultivated in a pot rice to come, to study its migration in plant body and transform the behavior. And study MTBE toxicity function on the rice through testing the physiological index of several of the rice. Studies have shown:1 Rice stem leaf and MTBE density in the root system under the low density (0.518mg/10kg soil ) MTBE environment, the two are comparatively close, density value is very nearly the same. Rice stem leaf and MTBE density of root system , MTBE of environment is it divide tiller one 1.770- 0.851mg/kg to turn green at high density (5.18mg/10kg soil), MTBE density value in the root system is far higher than the growth period of other.
