Methyl tertiary-butyl ether is a kind of gasoline additive which widely used in the early1980s, it can reduced the CO in automobile exhaust. It wills enther into the environment because of using and leaking in store. The damage of Cd in plants proformance is slow gouth, yellow leves and decline the production which in the form. The damage of Cd in plants proformance is restrained photosynthesis and transpiration, caused oxidative stress and blocked nutrient uptake and assimication which lead to the decline of the yield and quality. Composite pollution has become a hot rearsch area, so there is a practical significance in the effect of physical indexes in wheat seeding and soil enzyme activity under MTBE and Cd. Main research results are as follows:(1) At the concentration in100mg/L, MTBE can increase chlorophtll-a and chlorophtll-b content. At the concentration in50mg/L, it can increase CAT activity and soluble protein content. At the concentration in200mg/L, can increase SOD activity.When the concentration is greater than300mg/L, can decrase MDA content.When the concentration is greater than50mg/L, can increase free praline content.(2) When the concentration is100mg/L,can increase chlorophtll-a and caroteoid content under the effect of Cd on wheat seeding leaves. In the concentration range of0-50mg/L, can decrase SOD activity, increase the content of free praline and soluble protein, under the combined function. At the concentration in200mg/L, it can relieve the effect of SOD and POD activity under Cd. At the range of50-500mg/L, the content of soluble protein and free praline is decline.(3) The soil enzyme activity reached maximum at the contentration in50mg/kg of MTBE(such as urease, sucrase, catalase), and the soil enzyme activity decreased with the increased of MTBE concentration.(4) The soil enzyme activity has a trend with decreased first before increased and then decreased again under the combined function. It can restrain the soil enzyme activity at the concentrate in10mg/L. MTBE can relieve the soil enzyme activity which cause by the heavy metal at the dose of50mg/kg, but the activity of the soil enzyme still lower than CK. The combined function of the inhibition of the soil enzyme activity is more obvious than single pollution.the heavy metal in the wheat leaves is higher with the concentration increased under the combined function.(5) The result shows that, it increased the cadmium mobility, so the content of Cd in the soil decreased.
