Bioactive peptide is a kind of compounds which have important biological functions in the living organisms. The study on the bioactive peptides is a hot topic in the neurophysiology, pharmacology and clinical fields. It is of great significance to develop sensitive, high efficient, rapid and simple methods for the separation and determination of bioactive peptidesFoods provide material basis for the survival and development of human being. With the growth in the people' living standard, food safety has been paid more attention to. So there is an urgent demand for development of the analytical methods for determination of pesticides and agonists residues. In this thesis, we have mainly studied on simultaneous determination of five enkephalins by capillary electrophoresis with amperometric detection (CZE-AD) . The electrochemical behavior of carbaryl and terbutaline was also studied. In section1, the progress of the analytical methods for enkephalins, pesticides and agonists residues was reviewed.Since capillary electrophoresis with amperometric detection has great superiority for separation and determination of electrochemical active substances, this method was applied to separation and determination of five enkephalin-related peptides in section 2. Under the optimum conditions, above five analytes were separated completely within 17 min. The method has been employed for the determination of five analytes in human cerebrospinal fluids (CSF) by standard addition with satisfactory results. In section 3, the electrochemical behavior of carbaryl was investigated by cyclic voltammetry, linear sweep voltammetry and different pulse voltammetry at a glassy carbon electrode. A simple, quick and sensitive method for detection of carbaryl by different pulse voltammetry was developed. The method was applied to the assay of...
