| In recent years, installed industrial along with the domestic construction market and the family's development, expense market fast growth and so on decoration repair, furniture industry, our country building board profession obtained the unprecedented development, in places such as Hebei, Shandong, Zhejiang, Guangdong has formed the large-scale man-made plate production base. In 2003 our country building board year production total quantity has surpassed 40 million cubic meters, is only inferior to US and it is situated the second in the world.Along with the compulsory execution of the standard and the improvement of the living level, whether by adopting modification or using the non- formaldehyde adhesive, it is due to add the cost of the panel. According to the consumption level, the main problem that many factories should solve is that produce the green product which keep a good balance between the quality and the cost and also fulfill the demand of domestic market. Plywood is a very important part of the wood-based panel, it is widely used in the interior and outdoor decoration and finishing. Studying the non- formaldehyde and environment-friendly plywood is meaningful.This research is based on the fiber self-bonding theory that has been confirmed and the preliminary study about the self-bonding fiberboard to study the manufacturing technology of the self-bonding plywood. In this experiment, we can produce the board without any changes about the manufacturing equipment. According to the explosive experiment and the orthogonal test, we get the optimized technology. Although its bond strength is not very high, it also can be used in the normal interior decoration and furniture industry, as a result of its distinguishing feature which does not have the formaldehyde pollution that belong to the green product, it also can be used in the food packing industry and so on.
