This paper presents a dynamic force model and a stability for the ball end milling ,based differential geometry parameters, metal cutting theory and machine tool ,vibration measuring ,testing and identifying .The Matlab system is employed to solve the differential equations governing the dynamics of the ball end milling system for accurate model ,using the computer simulation can present the time domain chatter model represented by the tool-work displacements and cutting force variations against cutter revolution. The time domain simulation for the milling of the ball end milling with the analytical predictions shows that the proposed result is capable of accurate prediction of the manufacture. The main content may be summarized as follows:1. This paper presents the ball end milling force modal with a single-point in continuous cutting force and the simulation system of the cutting force of the ball end milling, basing on the mechanics of milling and the ball geometry model.2. The dynamics model of the milling ball end milling is assumed to be a system with two modes in two mutually perpendicular directions, using the mechanics of the self-excited vibration, mechanics of the pose vibration and the essence rule of metal milling theory.3. The curve of the frequency response is outputted by the impose testing. The dynamic of ball end milling is developed using mode testing and identifying.4. Runge-Kutta method is employed to solve the differential equations governing the dynamics of the milling system for accurate solutions and analyzing.5. The Matlab system is employed to solve the differential equations governing the dynamics of the ball end milling system for accurate model, analyzing the influence of the milling parameters on the vibration and stability.
