At present, the mircotherm and the frigidity gas generators are used widely in different fields. They produce importance influence on the development of country economy. The important part in the mircotherm gas generator is refrigeration composite. The life time of refrigeration composite is the critical factor, but there is not any people to study it. In the paper, the life time of refrigeration composite was forecasted by calculating on the computer. The characters of composites were also investigated.First of all, the volatile contents were calculated under different conditions, and compared to the boundary value. The conversation time of refrigeration composite was forecasted in different climate zones.Secondly, the results of expriments and tests indicated that the sample 09-МП-1 had not any trace for concretion, sag, slough and friction after using for 10 years. The composites could be used, also. The size, fracture surface, gap and structure were observed. The results showed taht the size did not change. Finally, the climates were quiken in the experiments. After prolonging for 5 years in the life time in the simulation mode, we found the size of 09-МП-1 did not change. The destroy stress was the same as before. The variety of mass was less than 0.15%. But after prolonging for 10 years, the characters were shifted and could not used for the space materials. In the same manner, the engineering properties, thermal stability, heat effect of refrigeration compositesАГТandБАСwere also be tested when the life time was prolonnged for 20 years. The results showed thatАГТandБАСin the sealed circumstance were also used. However, after the life time was prolonged for 25 years, we found they could not be used in the space. The synthetical characters of refrigeration composite 09-OAB-1 changed a little after simulated to be conserved for 25 years, and it was also be used under the sealed condition. When the conservation time was extended for 30 years, the characters were not fit for the refrigeration composite to be used as space material.
