Turbine disk is one of the key parts of aero-engine. Its structure is very complex , particularly the wall of new turbine disk is thin, physical dimension mostly is arc switching. There are many dented surfaces and they need high roughness demanding. At present, there is no ideal polishing methods and polishing tools make working surface quality to meet design requirements. Therefore it is urgent to design and manufacture special polishing machine for polishing radial palte and inner surface, which improves superficial integrity, size uniformity and production efficiency. Further improves the reliability, security and performance of the aero-engine and aircraft for promoting digital polishing technology in similar components and meet production requirements for the development of future advanced manufacturing technology.This paper is based on turbine disk polishing methods to conduct research . The designing idea, construction theory and scheme realization of the turbine disk digital control copy polishing equipment have been discussed. First, gathering and analysis the data of inner profile. It makes sampling data regularized by means of man-machine interactive mode and procedure method, respectively. The driven data of the cutter guide is generated, which is based on sampling data processed . It proposes an intelligent data reduction algorithm which bases on the combination of straightness of curves, equidistance and distance deviation principle.The polishing machine structure, precision and corresponding control system framework have been designed. It elaborates on the function of main parts of the polishing machine and its realization, and design a new type of permanent pressure monitoring system to overcome the limitation of the narrow spacial size which it is impossible that the application of traditional hydraulic control devices to achieve permanent pressure grinding.The model of polishing machine has been completed by Pro/Engineer. Under the simulation environment of ADAMS software, the model of the polishing machine was simulated. By the simulation, the curves of kinematic inputs and outputs were gained. Those simulation results confirm on the feasibility of the scheme.
