| The research of cellulose's solid state fermentation to product ethyl alcohol is signality. It both may recycles waste, changes the crops straw which are produced massively every year in our country and often burnt down into clean energy, avoids the environmental pollution, and may alleviate the crisis in a certain degree which the energy question brings, reserched the influence of different react pattern in solid state fermentation.This research took the corn straw as raw material, researched the pretreatment and parameters in the solid state fermentation. The parameters of solid state fermentation are determined by the orthogonal experiment to inspect the influence of each parameter to the fermentation. The temperature is 35℃, the relative humidity is 85%, the whip interval is 12 hours, the substrate initial pH is 5, the substrate initial water content is 200%, the granularity is 0.16mm, The vaccination quantity is 2.0%. Had determined the best substrate sterilization way was the ozone, the shape of the reactor was the column shape, the column basal diameter is 10cm, the column height is 20cm, the air vent diameter is 0.8cm, the ventilates way was pressure pulsate ventilate, the pressure was 0.4Mpa, pulsation time interval was 10min, pulsation air outlet was diameter 2cm, and had established the best react pattern of the cellulose solid state fermentation. Finally, through the comparison and the optimization, take Michaelis-Mentent equation as the foundation, the cellulose degeneration dynamics model and the hemicellulose degeneration model of the best react pattern and the tray react react pattern are established rests on the reactant density in the different reaction stage.Got a conclusion, the best react pattern is better than the tray react pattern. |
