In recent years, with the rapid development of the modern Industrial Automatization, it puts forward a higher request to the servo system as the main driver of the industrial equipment, including improving the control accuracy and the structure of hardware. A kind of servo system based on embedded NC repertoire module is designed and discussed in this paper.In this paper, aimed at the application of the embedded NC module, the basic circuit was designed. NC repertoire installation was not set because of embedded NC system. The main circuit consists of the switching power supply, the main control circuit, and the power circuit. The switching power supply power to the main control circuit as well as the power circuit. The main control circuit sends 6 PWM signals. After the isolation and enlargement by the power circuit, these signals could drive the Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM for short). The control procedure in the servo system contains the logical function module, the NC repertoire module and the servo-control module, all these are embedded in the same periods which is 60us. Target velocity and target location are given by the logical function module, and then as the input of the NC repertoire module. After receiving the NC repertoire computed by NC module, and further computation processing in the servo-control module, it will supply the driver signals of the PMSM through the real-time feedback information from the current loop, the speed loop and the position loop, 3 closed loops in all. The vector control algorithm is applied to the control of PMSM.Also in the paper, an approach to the Acceleration and Deceleration based on linear acceleration and deceleration is explained particularly. The content includes real-time velocity variation, motor position control, velocity filtering and smoothing, etc. The real-time velocity modulation is mainly about how to choose certain acceleration curve according to exterior instruction. The procedure calculates deceleration spot according to the position distance, which is the method for the motor position control. Since linear acceleration and deceleration make motor abruptly stop and start that create the sharp corners of the velocity profile,S-Curve motion profile refers to solving the problems.
