With the development of science, technology and social progress, the trend of thedevelopment of manufacturing products is varieties, small batch, high precision, complexstructure, these features are more outstanding. Numerical control technology is the most basictechnology to the development of high-tech industries and sophisticated industries, thedevelopment level of CNC has gradually become an important symbol to measure a countryof its national manufacturing level, industrial modernization degree and the nationalcomprehensive competitiveness. Therefore, the development of high-grade numerical controlsystems which have high speed and high precision performance becomes something to ourcountry of increasing comprehensive national power.This research is based on numerical control system project, it lucubrate the small linepretreatment method of the numerical control system, and deceleration control method andkey technology of automatic analysis tools according to the practical demands, then designand develop these performance based on those previous methods.To realize high speed and high precision processing performances of the CNC system, thispaper puts forward the pretreatment method which contains the look-forward smoothprocessing and backward search algorithm to deal with complex processing componentswhose path contains small line which need connecting and setting corner speed andcharacteristics identification. After making a detail analysis to the existed commonly usedacceleration and deceleration control method, this paper presented variable speed andvariable acceleration four displacement curve method based on look-forward smoothprocessing and backward search algorithm. At last, through the experiments and practicalprocessing proved the speed, accuracy and effectiveness of this method.Because of the difficulty and operation complexity to do reach about key problems ofCNC system on the existed numerical control platform, this paper designs and developsautomatic analysis tools of numerical control system, realize the cross-platform to studynumerical control technology. The research and development of the CNC system automationanalysis tools is convenient for researchers to improve existing interpolation algorithm anddevelop news, and do the analysis of the interpolation simulation results.
