Producting oil by screw pump is an advanced oil production technology developed in recent years, because of its small system size, convenient maintenance and administration and high pump efficiency, so it is taken into account increasingly, and is widely developed and applied in oil fields.Along with the using of many items of new materials and the new processing technology as well as the application technology progress, the screw rod pump production technology obtained the unceasing improvement and the very big promotion.With the significantly break through of the service life, pump efficiency, reliability and economy and so on,the screw rod pump in mining different types of oil reservoir,the screw rod pump's application compatibility is largely enhanced, and the application scope further expanded. It has basically covered the ability that other artificial lift way has. We can say that the screw rod pump of oil production technology has already taken on an entirely new look. But the screw rod pump production technology,like other lifting method,has its good and bad points and is suitable to the condition. Therefore, we have the necessity to research its application.The node system analysis is one method that carries on the system optimization design analysis to the oil gas and water well production process. Along with the fast development in computer technology, it obtained the widespread application in the performance forecast of oil gas and water well production system design. The nodal analysis foundation was still according to the laws of energy and mass conservation. In the stable production process, the conservation of matter performs that the flux of each links through the system and the basic constitution should be the same, and in the branch situation, the quantity of branching point inflow should the same as outflow. The links pressure variation has reflected the energy conservation relations. Moreover, In the stable production process,the various links may suppose to have achieve the balance, and on each point ,any kind of parameter like pressure should be stable and exclusive.The current status of screw pump production, development tendency and producing principle of screw pump are summarily introduced in the thesis, and then according to the features of surface-drived screw pump, taking the oil well production system as the object of study, using the node system analysis method to establish the optimization design model of surface-drived screw pump well, took the production design and the working condition analysis of the surface-drived screw pump well as the groundwork and the computation tool. Using the midway and the completion well formation testing data which used in early exploration several make the nodal analysis, and then provide reasonable production forecast and the proration production plan. In the article has established the entire nodal analysis model, from the stratum, the well chamber to the ground. In the model has considered the characteristic of the three- phase inflow. Using the nodal analysis method principle, in view of the early forecast test data, proposed the fundamental equation of the reasonable inflow, outflow performance curve, and made the nodal analysis chart.
