| Electric Submersible Metal Twin-Screw Pump(ESMTSP) has important influence on the improvement of petroleum mining ways. In domestic, the present development of research on the ESMTSP is at the initial stage, without corresponding products. The screw rotor, as the key part of twin-screw pump, has a great effect on to its performance. Therefore the research on the screw profile design, dynamics performance and the screw rotor movement interference detection is of great theoretical and practical significance.This paper mainly focuses on the research and discussion of the screw rotor profile design, the screw rotor dynamic characteristics, the transient response characteristics and the screw rotor movement interference detection, and on the preliminary development of screw rotor design analysis software.This article briefly introduces the types and the development phases of the screw rotor profile , and taking the double cycloid screw profile as an example and referring to the profile design theory of screw compressor, introduces in detail the process of calculating the rotor conjugate profile, touch-line and judging the pressure tightness. By means of the analytical geometry method.By using PRO/E and ANSYS software, the whole screw rotor dynamic analysis model is established, the dynamic character of the screw rotor is analyzed and the natural frequency and mode of the rotor are obtained.The screw rotor transient analysis model is established.By using the finite element method, the continual screw area can be divided into scattered small areas and by using ANSYS APDL program to fulfill the load steps, the calculation of the transient dynamic response characteristics of the screw rotor are achieved.Based on the interference detection function of the mechanism module of PRO/E , the static and the dynamic interference of the screw rotor under no-loading condition are checked. Based on the dynamics analysis of the screw rotor, the "by step check" interference detection program is developed and the movement interference under the state of loading is detected.By using the VC++ language and integrating the symbol computation function of MATLAB, the PRO/TOOLKIT , the ANSYS APDL language , the screw rotor design software is developed and the preliminary design and the integration of the screw rotor profile design program module, the screw 3-D modelling produce modul and the screw rotor CAE analysis module have been fulfilled.This research will provide the effective design tool and the reference data for the twin-screw rotor design, which will shorten the screw rotor development cycle. |
