The Research On Optimizing And Prolonging The Checking Period Of The Progressing Cavity Pump System For Oil Production

Through the analysis on PCP applying circumstance in recent years, we have got the conclusion that the main causes that affect the checking period of PCP are the problems of rod string and problems of pump. Among the problems of rod string, broken is the most severest problem, and among the problems of pump, leakage that mainly due to the damages of the stator rubber and broken of the rotor takes the largest proportion. So it makes a big significance to develop the research on the optimizing techniques of PCP system in order to prolong the checking period ,enlarge applying scale, ensure excellent working performance and effective running of PCP.This text makes use of the dynamics and the hydrodynamics principles, analyzes the states of under stress, librating, rotate speed and holding torque on the rod string, etc. PCP system optimized design model and the centralizer optimized design model have been established, besides that we have confirmed sound collocation of the centralizer, which makes PCP system keep long-ranged running effectively and avoid eccentric wear of rod string and oil tube. Through the research on the adaptability of stator rubber to different raising mediums, we have improved the pertinence and purposefulness of the stator rubber. Then we established the checking method, evaluating method, and the selection principle of proper interference. Through the optimizing design of the structure and parameter of stator, we have developed the same wall-thickness rotary screw pump. Then we have solved some technical problems of general pump such as asymmetry of under stress, heat emission, and swelling. It has put up high pump efficiency and high system effectiveness sufficiently, shown good working performance. PCP oil extraction outfit technique is the indispensable assistant technical measures in guarantying regular producing, improving running time rate of the oil well, prolonging the checking period of the pump, realizing effective lift. Basing on the theory of PCP system optimizing design, this text has done experimental research on the outfit techniques such as preventing eccentric wear.Through the research on optimizing and prolonging the checking period of PCP system, we have solved some problems such as the broken of rod string, the damage of pump and have met the aim of high rotary screw pump operating efficiency and long checking period.
