As is known to all, the protecting effect of TIG welding is fine. The metal in welding bead is pure. Especially fit for the welding of non-ferrous and alloy.With the rapid development of the digital and modern communication technology, It's provide a great space for digital technology used in the field of welding and improving the technology content of welding equipment. The equipment adopts DSP(F2812) as main control processor. It has a better capability of EV and data processing, and abundant peripheral are integrated in it. So the system which controlled with DSP(F2812) can enhance the integration, the ability of anti-interference and reduce the cost.During the process of the welding power combined with the digital technology, because of the special surrounding, it's hard to acheived especially for TIG digital welding machine. It's required the higher level for anti-interference. Although the traditional high-frequency ignite method has a high success ratio, the high frequency interrupt signal has not been resolved. As the control unit, DSP can't afford to the existence of the interrupt signal. This project use high voltage ignitor to solve the problem of interrupt.Proved by experience, the output characteristic of this welding can be suitable to tech-guideline, and the inverter can work normally during arc welding process. The success ratio of ignition is also good enough.
