It is remarkable of photocatalysis of nano semiconductor, TiO2 whereas, nano materials is considerd to be one of the best photocatalysts due to its high photocatalysis activity, stable physics & chemicstry property, innocuity and abundant natural source. Recently it has received more attention for using TiO2 as a photocatalyst to produce Hydrogen of clean-energy from water.In this paper the nano-mesoporous molecular sieves TiO2 has been successful synthesized by using triethanolamine(TEA) as a template which is small, green and inexpensive non-surfactant chemicals, and tetrabutyltitanate as titanium source. Amine-trialoxo ligand, owing the hydrolysis formed the polycondensate of the Ti-alkoxide (tetrabutyltitanate) and amine (triethanolamine) via self-assembly mechanism in the water media, can be controlled to allow the interreactivity: hydrolyze and condense balance of ingorganic solutes/ sufactant groups. The route of synthesis is simple, cheaper and green. It can be hope to industry production.The synthesis parameters, such as crystalline time and temperature, pH value, and the removal template methods have been investigated in detail by means of XRD,SEM,TEM,UV-Vis DRS,TG-DTA and N2 adsorption method. The results exhibit that mesoporous TiO2 with high surface area, narrow pore diameter and 3D cross wormhole-like meosostucture and high photocatalysis activitys especially in visible-light spectrum. On the other hand, the effect of TiO2 as synthesized in non-aqueous solvent on the mesoporous structure and feature has also been studied related its controlled structure.Relating with hydrogen production from water on meso-TiO2, the photocatalysis activity was investigated. The results revealed that TiO2 mesoporous molecular sieves is of higher photocatalysis activity.
