| In this dissertation, the spindle of SKR—4DQ automatic widing machine was taken as the object. Built the limited element modle of the spindle, analyzed the dynamic attributes of the spindle, and then refined the spindle based on dynamic analysis. At last, on the test device, the success of the spindle's refine was proved. Six chapters were included in this dissertation.In chapter 1, the backgroud of the engineering subject and the significanc of research were introduced. From several aspects, described dynamic analysis method of high-speed spindle and these current developments. Point out the shortcomings of current research methods. Finally a simple description of the contents, methods, and objectives of this study were gaved.In chapter 2, based on the spirit of limited element method, the movement equation of hard disk, flexible axis and bearing was developed. And further, developed the movement equation of the rotors-support system, built up the limited element model of it. And know clearly how does the element influnce the dynamic attributes of the spindle.In chapter 3, based on considering the support stiffness and spindle parts, built up the model of the spindle in ANSYS. Using this model, analyzed the dynamic attributes of the spindle particularly.In chapter 4, redesigned the current framwork of the spindle, checked the strength of the refined spindle, and analyzed the dynamic attributes of the refined spindle, the result indicated that compared to the old one, the dynamic attributes of the refined spindle was much more better.In chapter 5, how to build a spindle experiment device was introduced. And on the experiment device, the refined spindle was pre-tested. The test result showed that, the refined spindle can run under 15000r/min stablely and quietly.Some results were included in the last chapter. And also, some future tasks on this subject were also pointed out. |
