Because of the characteristics of property and synthesis, polyimide(PI)has been widely used in the fields of aviation and microelectron. With the rapid development of modern technology and science,higher standard has been put forward about the property of materials.So the traditional insulating system could not meet the demand of technologic progress. At this time, Nano-technology comes forth. Because of its own advantages, incorporating inorganic ingredient into organic matrix resin would produce a new kind of Nano organic-inorganic material that presented characteristics and properties of the both two moieties. And these materials are becoming more and more important role in industry.Bismaleimide(BMI), a new generation of thermosetting matrices after epoxy resin,has disadvantages of britleness and poor processability in high cure temperature, poor solubility in common solvents,poor tack and drape of prepregs. In this dissertation,the oligomers of polyimide with end group of maleimide were prepared through DEDADPM and PMDA ,and copolymerizated modified by DAP,BBA and BBE.In this way,we had prepared polyimide with end group of maleimid with excellent thermal stability and toughness. In this dissertation, a kind of hybrid PI film was prepared by incorporating the inorganic particles into the oligomers of polyimide with end group of maleimide through sol-gel reaction. The films were characterized and analyzed by serials of experiments such as FTIR, dielectric spectroscope and TGA etc.By now the researches on the hybrid PI film are at the beginning stage, and there exist several problems such as the control of distribution and size of particles, and the affection of the inorganic moiety to the electric property.
