Based on data from four observation experiments in autumn 2003 and spring 2005 over China sea, the concentration character and transport character of trace gases(SO2, NOx, O3) and the correlations among them were analyzed, dry deposition flux were estimated. The concentration of SO2 decreased with latitude and the concentration of O3 increased with latitude. Over Yellow Sea the concentrations of trace gases in March were higher than that in May. The impact of continental flow on the gas concentration was evidence over Yellow Sea in spring, the concentrations of SO2 and NOX under the impact were 2-2.5 and 1.3-1.6 times than that in none distinct weather systems, respectively. The concentrations of SO2 and NOX were relatively low under the foggy and rainy days, which were 1/3 and 1/10 times than that in none distinct weather systems, respectively. The concentrations of O3 under typhoon weather was 1.89 times than that in none distinct weather systems over East Sea in autumn. The correlation between SO2 and NOX and that between NOX and O3 were influenced by both the land and sea. There are two transport pathways of atmospheric pollutants in Yellow Sea, northwest and west pathway. The northwest pathway is along middle of Inner Mongolia-Hebei-Shandong Peninsula-Yellow Sea.; The West pathway is along Shaanxi-middle of Shanxi-Hebei- Shandong Peninsula-Yellow Sea. There are three pathways in East Sea: west, northwest and northeast pathway. West pathway is along Hubei-Anhui-Yangtse Delta-East Sea. The northwest pathway is along north of Jiangsu-Anhui-Yangtse Delta(Zhejiang)-East Sea. The northeast pathway is along north Japan-East Sea.The dry depositions of SO2 and NOX were estimated by the dry speeds over water surface which obtained by the simulation of big leaf model. The dry deposition of SO2 and NOX in March over Yellow Sea, May over Yellow Sea, East Sea, South Sea were 2.57 and 81.6mg, 0.35and 15.12mg, 58.1 and 355.6mg , 1.68 and 272.16mg, respectively.
