Heat exchanger, reservoir vessel, three-phase separator, heating boiler and other pressure vessels are widely used as the main supporting facilities in production process of marine oil and gas gathering and transferring industry, which has the characteristics of large manufacturing costs, numerous hazard, high safety requirements, etc. In recent years, disastrous accidents happened frequently on offshore platform, which caused great losses of national economy, casualties and pollution of the marine environment,and causing widespread concern and in-depth study in domestic and foreign scholars.Therefore, carrying out offshore oil and gas pressure vessel in-service risk factor sensitivity analysis is extremely necessary.On the basis of predecessors’ research, this paper first describes basic situation of several main offshore platforms and oil and gas gathering and transportation pressure vessels. And then through a detailed analysis of the environment of marine production platforms and domestic and foreign pressure vessel design, manufacture and use process, this paper from corrosion, load, design and manufacturing, natural environment and safety management five aspects, establish the assessment indicator system of offshore oil and gas gathering and transportation pressure vessels in service risk factors, providing theoretical basis for better carrying out risk factors sensitivity analysis of platform containers.In order to accurately determine the influence degree of offshore platforms pressure vessels risk factors impact on its safety, we use AHP(Analysis Hierarchy Process), entropy method, TOPSIS(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution), combining with orthogonal experiment thought ideological theory to establish sensitivity analysis model. The model makes up that the weights results calculated by Analytic Hierarchy Process has subjective judgment is too strong, and Entropy analysis has insufficient such as limitations in evaluation indicator changing under small range, providing new theoretical basis for marine platform risk management and risk assessment techniques.Take an offshore platform storage facility as an example, we carry out sensitivity analysis for the 24 major risk factors which affect the safety, and verify the practicability of the method. The results show that: atmospheric corrosion, medium corrosion, waves, galvanic corrosion, periodic inspection and other risk factors have higher sensitivity, and have larger impact on the safety of offshore platforms pressurevessels. By comparing the weights risk analysis results, this sensitivity analysis model significantly improves the objectivity and accuracy of the evaluation results. Then for calculations results, put forward corresponding preventive management measures for the factors with higher sensitivity, which can provide guidance assistance for offshore platforms pressure vessel safety management.Finally, taking GUIDE as a tool, using MATLAB GUI software design and develop the offshore platform pressure vessel risk factors sensitivity analysis system software.
