Since Gudao Oil Field entered ultra-high water cut stage, it has the character of high combined water and high producing fluid. Since 1992, Gudao Oil plant had started polymer flooding experimentation on Ng5~3 layer in Zhong1 area, and then started large scale polymer injection in some major reservoir such as Zhong1 area, Zhong2 area and Gudao South area. Accumulative total injected polymer powders reached 17 thousand tons. Polymer flooding technics can stabilize crude oil output, but it also increases the difficulty of crude oil demulsification and sewage treatment. Up to now, the detected concentration of polymer in producing fluid had reached 117.2mg/L.Along with the application of EOR technics, such as polymer injection and thermal recovery, and some chemical stimulation of production well, the oil physical property of the producing fluid had the bigger changes. Mainly representation include the increase of the oil density and viscosity, the enhancement of the polymer concentration, in producing fluid, the complexity of the oil mulsification status, and the bigger difficulty of the oil dehydration and sewage treatment.The treatment of the high-polymer-bearing waste-water has place on the agenda of China Petrochemical Corp. In the past several years, some technical research tasks were carried out, including cation macromolecule oil removal technic, oil-gas-water three phase separation technic, biodemulsifier technic, electric flocculation technic, RSK on-line oil-water separating technic, and so on. Simultaneously, reconstruct of the Combining Stations with macroscale was processed, which can enhance the quality and using concentration of demulsifier agent, but the effect is tiny.
