According to the case of water quality vary frequently in the use of water treatment agent, this topic studied on the water treatment agents’ biodegradability, practical application effect of combined flotation reagent on the different concentration times, and the effect on the performance of corrosion and scale inhibition towards total alkalinity and hardness.The results show:(1) with the concentration of water treatment agents in circulating cooling increasing, the COD of the circulating water was larger gradually. When the concentration of water treatment agents add from 0 to 10mg/L, the range of adding varied. The 1227 had the most contribution value to COD and PASP had the least. The breathing curves were at the bottom right of endogenous respiratory lines after dosing the water treatment agents, and the microbe in the activated sludge was inhibited by it, the biodegradability of the agents was not good. There were clear agglomeration over the activated sludge in biochemical reactor, when the 1227 was adding. And then the agglomeration was larger and larger due to the increase of the concentration at the same time.(2) When the same concentration of ATMP and PASP were increased, the efficiency of inhibition on ATMP was better and the adding of PASP promoted little for the inhibition efficiency. There were good synergistic effect in scale inhibition between ATMP and PASP. Although the scale inhibition was declined with the rise of concentration times, they had good tolerance extent to the environment of high concentration time. The sterilization rate is increased with the concentration of 1227. It can meet the sterilization requirement when the concentration of 1227 reached 100mg/L, which the sterilization rate exceeded 90%. Total hardness and alkalinity of recirculating water had great effect on the inhibition of ATMP. Whether adding concentration of ATMP is 30mg/L, 40mg/L or 50mg/L, the rate of corrosion would increase with the total hardness and total alkalinity increased. But total hardness and alkalinity of circulating cooling water had little influence to the corrosion inhibition of PASP, the corrosion rate of the sheet changes could be neglected with they increased. Total hardness and alkalinity of circulating water had significant influence to the scale inhibition and dispersion, with the increase of total hardness and alkalinity, the resistance rate of Ca CO3 and Ca3(PO4)2 declined gradually.
