This paper based on the thorough understanding and inquisition on the research history and present research conditions of the surface subsidence theories, to take the Geting coal mine as an example, built up the ANSYS number model, get the regulation on the research of the thick-alluvium surface-subsidence.Combining the actual mining circumstance of Geting coal mine, by the conditional analysis of the hydrology geology, it evaluated containing water layer of the mineral area reasonably. With soil concretion theories of thick-alluvium for foundation, this paper build up the mathematics model for the surface-subsidence of Geting coal mine. With the usage of ANSYS software, it imitated to study the overburden stress, the mechanism of distortion and breakage under condition of fully-mechanized coal mining and sub-level caving, acquired the space growth appearance of the water flowing fractured zone in overburden under the geology mining.This paper has simulated influence of surface subsidence under the change of soil cohesive force, the change of the internal friction angle, the change of soil elasticity coefficient and the clay thickness. By analyzing the entire factor, this paper has obtained the influence rule of thick-alluvium soil mechanics characteristic to the surface subsidence.According to the probability integral theory of mining subsidence, this paper deduced the calculation formula under the influence of mining subsidence which caused by the clay with dewatering of aquifer in thick-alluvium. By usage of the software of ANSYS, it imitated the influence of surface subsidence to considering the clay with dewatering of aquifer in thick-alluvium, and compared the variety of surface subsidence in thick-alluvium with the adoption the formula calculation to deduce and calculators to imitate.By imitation, considering the influence of thick-alluvium, the clay with dewatering of aquifer is greatly influenced on the mining-subsidence. For the Geting coal mine, the surface-subsidence by considering the clay with dewatering of aquifer is 20% of mining surface-subsidence.
