Flue desulfuration technology has developed for several decades in our country and foreign country. By so far, there are more than 150 types of technics, but there are only about 10 types of devices for commerciali/ation optionalIn fact all can be reduced to three types: wet method, dry method and half wet and half dry method. Among them , wet method has the advantage of high desulfuration efficiency, but its investment operation fee is high, and it has some questions as water treatment, occurring side reaction easily, declining of flue gas temperature and floating force. Dry method has the problem of low desulfuration efficiency, trouble in adsorption and regeneration, but it has the advantage of low investment, convenient operation, and low operation fee. And after desulfuration, variation of flue gas temperature hasn't changed much and it has no water treatment problem. Half wet and half dry method has the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods. Many studies have been done on flue gas desulfuration in our and foreign country. Many types wet and dry methods have been used and a lot of application achievements have been obtained.But it's still important and difficult studies on low concentration of 867 desulfuration produced by busting oil, mainly because low concentration SOz desulfuration technologies used presently have the problem of high investment and operation fee, difficult in management and maintenance. So developing simple, economic and effective desulfuration methods becomes the goal of experts and researchers domestic and foreign countryAiming at the problems of present desulfuration technics this paper systematically studies the process conditions and reaction mechanism of 802 desulfuration with smoke dust, and obtains some important results. Main content and results of studies in this paper are:(l)The single condition experiments and the orthogonal experiments were conducted on SOj concentration in flue gas, flue gas temperature and flue gas velocity of flow The result of experiments shows: when SOj concentration is low, desulfuration efficiency increases with 862 concentration increasing, but when 802 concentration is higher than 2500mg/m3, desulfuration efficiency is no variation on the whole with SC>2 concentration increasing; desulfuration efficiency declines with flue gas temperature raising and flue gas velocity of flow increasing. The result of experiments also shows that in the chosen level range 863 concentration in flue gas is the greatest influence factor on desulfuration efficiency, the second is flue gas temperature, the last is flue gas velocity of flow.(2) It can be seen after the studies of the desulfuration mechanism of adsorption that particle diameter and pore diameter of smoke dust are the main factors among the physical factors of smoke dust. Desulfuration efficiency declines with particle diameter andpore diameter increasing When diameter and pore diameter increased to some degree, the absorbent may lose its capacity of adsorption and makes desulfuration efficiency zero The smaller particle diameter and pore diameter are, the better is to improve adsorption efficiency and desulfuration efficiency.(3) Chemical adsorption is the main reaction in smoke dust adsorption. When water vapor is existing, it can induce the reaction of chemical adsorption, and make the reaction proceed more complete. Coal has catalytic effect on adsorption reaction, so it can improve desulfuration efficiency.
