To solve the problems of water pollution control in our country: lack of fund, land, energy as well as other resources, and the difficult problem in the treatment of high concentration and difficult to degredation organic Wastewater, and to better apply the new integration reactor(IARO) in practical, this paper stuided the treatment of tea ployphenols production Wastewater by the full scale integration reactor which was designed by our laboratory. In view of the high CODCr, high chroma, bio-toxicity of tea polyphenols production waste water, we adopted the composite process of flocculating pretreatment-UASB reactor-integration reactor to treat the tea polyphenols production Wastewater. The indexes of Wastewater and kinds of imPACt factors were analyzed and studied, the primary conclusions were: at 16~24℃ the start-up is completed within 37 days. The CODCr and tea polyphenols (TP) removal rate by IARO achieved 85% and 83%. Operating at 24~32℃, after 85 days, the volumetric organic loading rate(OLR) raised from 1.2kg CODCr/(m3.d) to 10kg CODCr/(m3.d), when the CODCr and tea polyphenols concentration arrived 8000 mg/L and 1000mg/L, it was found that these indexes' removal rate of IARO were 90% and...
